60 It is hereby notified that Shri Ram Chand Kamboj, M.L.A., who was elected as a member to the Haryana Legislative Assembly from 44-Rania Assembly Constituency, has resigned his seat in the Haryana Legislative Assembly vide his letter dated 15th July, 2019 which has been accepted by the Hon’ble Speaker, Haryana Vidhan Sabha on the 23rd July, 2019. Consequent upon the acceptance of the resignation of Shri Ram Chand Kamboj, M.L.A., one seat namely, 44-Rania Assembly Constituencey in the Haryana Vidhan Sabha has fallen vacant with effect from the 23rd July, 2019.
