The present result has been prepared in accordance with the gradation system as mentioned in rule 14 of Examination Rules titled as "Gradation of successful candidate:- (1) A candidate shall be declared to have passed the examination if he obtains at least 33% marks in each paper and 45% marks in aggregate. A candidate obtaining 55% or more marks in aggregate shall be declared to have passed the examination in Grade- 'A' and securing less in aggregate shall be declared to have in Grade-''B'' and a candidate who secured 45% marks or more in one or more papers but failed in the remaining papers shall be exempted from reappearing in those papers. (2) Candidates who secured 33% in each papers but less than 45% can improve his grade as per rule-14 (4). (3) The result of Sh. Surinder Kumar and Smt. Nidhi Garg (Petitioner in CWP No. 26920 of 2018) and Sh. Vikas Kumar (Petitioner in CWP No. 27032 of 2018) will be submitted in the Honb'le High Court at the time of hearing i.e on 13-08-2019, as per Interim Order passed by Honb'le High Court. ANAND M.
