No. 1003-SW(3)-2019.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 (Central Act No. 4 of 2006) read with Section 5 (1) of the Act as per approval of the Government, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to appoint Smt. Jyoti Bainda W/o Mr. Jai Pal Bainda, R/o Mandi Adampur, Hisar as Chairperson of Haryana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, Panchkula, for a tenure of three years (second term) w.e.f. 16.8.2019 on the same terms and conditions issued vide letter no. Endst. No. 145-SW(3)/2017 dated 6.2.2017 or as amended by the Government from time to time.
