Prof. Ravinder Baliala, M.L.A., who was elected as a member to the Haryana Legislative Assembly from 41-Ratia (SC) Assembly Constituency, has resigned his seat in the Haryana Legislative Assembly vide his letter dated 1st August, 2019 which has been accepted by the Hon’ble Speaker, Haryana Vidhan Sabha on the 1st August, 2019. Consequent upon the acceptance of the resignation of Prof. Ravinder Baliala, M.L.A., one seat namely, 41-Ratia (SC) Assembly Constituencey in the Haryana Vidhan Sabha has fallen vacant with effect from the 1st August, 2019.

No. HVS-LA-95/2019/66.— It is hereby notified that Shri Jai Tirath, M.L.A., who was elected as a member to the Haryana Legislative Assembly from 29-Rai Assembly Constituency, has resigned his seat in the Haryana Legislative Assembly vide his letter dated 1st August, 2019 which has been accepted by the Hon'ble Speaker, Haryana Vidhan Sabha on the 1st August, 2019.

Consequent upon the acceptance of the resignation of Shri Jai Tirath, M.L.A., one seat namely, 29-Rai Assembly Constituencey in the Haryana Vidhan Sabha has fallen vacant with effect from the 1st August, 2019.
