Order
The 2nd August, 2019
No. 4/3/2015-4AR.— The Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute a Selection Committee for the purpose of selection of Members of the Haryana State Administrative Tribunal under sub rule 2 of Rule 3 of Administrative Tribunals (Procedure for appointment of Members) Rules, 2011 as under:–
(i) Hon'ble Chief Justice of the Punjab & Haryana High Court – Chairman
(ii) Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana-Member
(iii) Chairman of the Haryana State Administrative Tribunal –Member
(iv) Chairman of the Haryana Public Service Commission –Member
2. The Selection Committee referred to above shall devise its own procedure or lay down guidelines for inviting applications and for the selection of the Members of the Haryana State Administrative Tribunal as per provisions of Rule 5(2) of ibid Rules.
3. The recommendation of the Selection Committee will be submitted with the approval of Hon'ble Governor to Government of India for approval of Competent Authority.
