Shri Jasbir Deswal, M.L.A., who was elected as a member to the Haryana Legislative Assembly from 35-Safidon Assembly Constituency, has resigned his seat in the Haryana Legislative Assembly vide his letter dated 5th August, 2019 which has been accepted by the Hon’ble Speaker, Haryana Vidhan Sabha on the 5th August, 2019. Consequent upon the acceptance of the resignation of Shri Jasbir Deswal, M.L.A., one seat namely, 35-Safidon Assembly Constituencey in the Haryana Vidhan Sabha has fallen vacant with effect from the 5th August, 2019.

No. HVS-LA-100/2019/73.— It is hereby notified that Shri Jasbir Deswal, M.L.A., who was elected as a member to the Haryana Legislative Assembly from 35-Safidon Assembly Constituency, has resigned his seat in the Haryana Legislative Assembly vide his letter dated 5th August, 2019 which has been accepted by the Hon'ble Speaker, Haryana Vidhan Sabha on the 5th August, 2019.

Consequent upon the acceptance of the resignation of Shri Jasbir Deswal, M.L.A., one seat namely, 35-Safidon Assembly Constituencey in the Haryana Vidhan Sabha has fallen vacant with effect from the 5th August, 2019.
