संख्या का०आ० 58/ह०अ० 11/1994/धा० 8/2019.— हरियाणा पंचायती राज अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का 11) की धारा 8 की उप-धारा (1) के साथ पठित धारा 7 की उप-धारा (1) तथा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, ग्राम बढ़राम के क्षेत्र को सभा क्षेत्र आजाद नगर जिला पलवल से निकालते हैं तथा इस प्रकार निकाले गए तथा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के खाना 3 में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र को सभा क्षेत्र के रूप में घोषित करते हैं तथा उक्त अनुसूची के क्रमषः खाना 1 तथा 2 में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट खण्ड तथा जिले में उक्त सभा क्षेत्र के लिये उक्त अनुसूची के खाना 4 में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट आजाद नगर के नाम से ग्राम पंचायत स्थापित करते हैं, अर्थात्ः- 474 HARYANA GOVT. The 7th August, 2019
No. S.O. 58/H.A.11/1994/S.8/2019.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3) of section 7 read with sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 (11 of 1994), the Governor of Haryana hereby excludes the area of village Badram from sabha area Azad Nagar, district Palwal and declares the area so excluded and specified in column 3 of the Schedule given below to be sabha area and establishes Gram Panchayat by name of Azad Nagar as mentioned in column 4 of the said Schedule for the said sabha area in block and district as mentioned in column 1 and 2 respectively of the said Schedule, namely:-
