Notification
The 8th August, 2019
No. SEC/4E-II/2019/1131.— Whereas, the State Election Commission vide its Notification No. SEC/3E- II/2016/3419, dated 22.03.2016 had notified the name of Smt. Promila W/o Sh. Mahabir under section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 as elected Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Pillukhera, District Jind.
2. And, whereas, Deputy Commissioner, Jind vide his memo No. 4036/Panchayat/PA, dated 24.07.2019 has informed that a meeting was held on 14.06.2019 to consider no confidence motion against Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Pillukhera. Out of 18 members of the Panchayat Samiti, 12 had supported the no confidence motion. Hence, no confidence motion against Smt. Promila, Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Pillukhera has been passed. It has been requested to denotify her name accordingly.
3. In view of above, State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Smt. Promila W/o Sh. Mahabir as Vice-Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Pillukhera, District Jind with immediate effect.
