The 9th August, 2019

No. 1032-SW(3)-2019.— The Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute a monitoring committee to review the status of Anemia. The monitoring committee shall consist of the following:–

1	Additional Chief Secretary to Government Haryana. Health & Family Welfare Department.	Chairperson
2	Principal Secretary to Government, Haryana. Women & Child Development Department	Member
3	Principal Secretary to Government, Haryana. School Education Department.	Member
4	Director, Ayurvedic, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy. (AYUSH) Department, Haryana.	Member

The committee will obtain baseline data and review of the existing schemes, prepare a measurable action plan with specific interventions and innovations for targeted approach to tackle anemia to make Haryana Anemia Mukt.
