Notification

The 13th August, 2019

No. 1057-SW(4)-2019 .— In partial modification of para 4 of Notification No. 34-SW(4)-2018 dated 6th January, 2018, in respect of Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee Durghtana Sahayta Yojana, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to delegate the power to condone delay beyond the existing limit of six months in exceptional circumstances, as under:-

Principal Secretary, Social Justice &

Empowerment Department

(i) Upto six months beyond the existing limit of six months for submission of application as per notification dated 06.01.2018.

Minister, Social Justice & Empowerment (ii) Upto one year beyond the existing limit of six months (i.e. total upto 18 months).
