The 20th August, 2019
No. 2/62/2003-5CII.— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 48 of the Haryana Town Improvement Act, 2008 and all others powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby drop development Scheme no. 24 in public interest, prepared by Jagadhri Improvement Trust Jagadhri and sectioned by the Haryana Government vide Notification No. 2/62/2003-5CII dated, July 20th, 2004 under sub-section (1) of Section 41 read with Sub-section (1) of Section 41 read with Sub-section (1) of Section 42 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922. This is for information of all concerned and general public.
