क्रमांक 18/157/2019-3क1.- हरियाणा नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1973 की धारा 10 की उप-धारा (5) तथा हरियाणा नगरपालिका निर्वाचन नियमावली, 1978 के नियम 70 के उप-नियम (4) के प्रावधानो के अनुसार निदेषक, षहरी स्थानीय निकाय, हरियाणा तथा सम्बन्धित उपायुक्तों के नाम निर्देषितियों को मिलाकर बनी समिति की दिनांक 18.07.2019 को हुई बैठक में रोटेषन व ड्रा आफ लाट द्वारा यह निर्धारित किया गया कि पालिकाओं के प्रधान के पद नीचे अनुसूचि I व II में यथा वर्णित सामान्य वर्ग, अनुसूचित जाति, महिला तथा अनुसूचित जाति की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों में से भरे जायेंगे। अब, इसलिये, हरियाणा नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1973 की धारा (10) की उप-धारा (8) द्वारा प्रदान की गई षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये तथा इस सम्बन्ध मे पूर्व में जारी आदेषों/ अधिसूचनाओं को निरस्त करते हुये, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट करते हैं कि पालिकाओं मे प्रधान के पद नीचे अनुसूचि I व II में यथा वर्णित विभिन्न श्रेणियों से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों में से भरे जायेंगे।
अनुसूचि-I
01 पालिका का नाम जहां प्रधान का पद अनुसूचित जाति से सम्बन्धित महिला से भरा जायेगा :-
1. सांपला
अनुसूचि-II
02 पालिकाओं के नाम जहां प्रधान का पद सामान्य वर्ग से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों मेे से भरे जायेंगे :-
1. धारूहेड़ा

Notification
The 21st August, 2019
No. 18/157/2019-3C1.— Whereas, in term of sub–section (5) of Section 10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 and sub-rule (4) of rule 70 of the Haryana Municipal Election Rules, 1978, the committee consisting of Director, Urban Local Bodies, Haryana and the nominees of concerned Deputy Commissioners in its meeting held on 18-07-2019 determined through rotation and draw of lots that the office of the President of the Municipalities, shall be filled up from amongst the members belonging to General Category, Scheduled Caste, Women and Scheduled Caste Women as mentioned below in schedule I & II.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub–section (8) of section (10) of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 and in supersession of all previous notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby specifies that the office of the President in the municipalities shall be filled up from amongst the members belonging to various categories as mentioned below in schedule I & II.
Schedule – I Name of 01 municipality where office of President shall be filled up from amongst the member belonging to Scheduled Caste Women :-

Schedule – II Names of 02 municipalities where offices of President shall be filled up from amongst the member belonging to General Category:-
