क्रमांक 7654/1-L (CHD).— चूंकि, हरियाणा सरकार के राज्यपाल को प्रतीत होता है कि नीचे विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि की सरकार द्वारा सार्वजनिक व्यय पर एक सार्वजनिक प्रयोजनार्थ पहले से निर्मित कालवा किनाना ड्रेन बुर्जी संख्या 59970 से 60118 तक के निर्माण हेतू गांव बराहकला तहसील व जिला जीन्द में भूमि तुरंत अपेक्षित हैं। जिसके लिए धारा 11(1) की अधिसूचना हरियाणा सरकार सिंचाई विभाग द्वारा अधिसूचना नं0 1227/1-एल 05-11-2018 के तहत् प्रकाषन हो चूका है। जिसमें नीचे वर्णित क्षेत्र में भूमि उपरोक्त उद्देष्य हेतू ली जानी अपेक्षित है।
यह घोषणा भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिनियम 2013 की धारा 19 के तहत् उन सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए की जाती हैं। जिनका इससे सम्बन्ध है और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा के उपबन्धों के अधीन जिला राजस्व अधिकारी एवं भूमि अधिग्रहण क्लैक्टर, जीन्द को उक्त भूमि अधिग्रहण करने के लिए आदेष लेने के लिए निर्देष दिया जाता है।
भूमि के नक्षों को निरीक्षण भूमि राजस्व अधिकारी एवं भूमि अधिग्र्रहण क्लैक्टर, जीन्द तथा कार्यकारी अभियन्ता, जीन्द जल सेंवाएं मण्डल, जीन्द के कार्यालय में किया जाता हैं।

Declaration
The 26th August, 2019
No. 7654/1-L(CHD).— Whereas it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land specified below is needed urgently by the Government at the Public expenses, for public purpose namely, for already constructed Kalwa Kinana Drain from RD 59970 to 60118 in village Brah Kalan Tehsil & District Jind for which notification under section-11(i) has been issued and published vide Haryana Government Irrigation Department notification No. 1227/1-L dated 05.11.2018.
It is hereby notified that the land in area described below is required for the above purpose.
This declaration is made under the provisions of section 19 of Land Acquisition Act, 2013 for information to whom it may concern in exercise of the power confirmed by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana hereby directs the District Revenue officer-cum-Land Acquisition Collector Jind to take order for acquisition of the said land.
Plan of the land may be inspected in the office of District Revenue officer-cum-Land Acquisition Collector, Jind & Executive Engineer, Jind Water Services Division Jind.
