संख्या 77/जीएसटी-2.- हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 19), की धारा 164 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, परिषद्‌ की सिफारिशों पर, और इस बात से संतुष्ट होते हुये कि ऐसा करना जनहित में आवश्यक है, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 58/जीएसटी-2, दिनांक 26 अप्रैल, 2019 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

संशोधन

हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 58/जीएसटी-2, दिनांक 26 अप्रैल, 2019 में, ''21 अगस्त, 2019'' अंकों, शब्द और चिह्‌न के स्थान पर, ''21 नवंबर, 2019'' अंक, शब्द और चिह्‌न प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे।

No. 77/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 58/GST-2, dated the 26th April, 2019, namely:-

Amendment

In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 58/GST-2, dated the 26th April, 2019, for the figures, words and sign "21st day of August, 2019", the figures, word and sign "21st day of November, 2019" shall be substituted.

Notification to extend the date from which the facility of blocking and unblocking of e-way bill facility as per the provision of Rule 138E of HGST Rules, 2017 shall be brought into force to 21.11.2019 under the HGST Act, 2017 (Hindi & English).
