No. GA/2019/3653-55.— As per the Government instruction/Authorization issued vide letter No. 21/3/2000- 3JJ(1), dated 14.05.2018. In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub section (i) section 20 of the Code of Criminal procedure 1973, I, Dr. G.
