No. 24/MCMC/Elec.-2014-19/2AE-10614.— In terms of directions of the Election Commission of India contained in its order bearing No. 509/75/2004/JS-I, dated 15.04.2004 read with the directions contained in the ECI's letter No. 509/75/JS-I/Vol-II, dated 02.11.2007, No. 491/Media/2009, dated 18.03.2011, No. 491/Media/2011/793, dated 08.11.2011, No. 491/Media/Paid-News/2011(Vol-I)/2, dated 12.10.2012, No. 491/Media Policy/2013, dated 08.11.2013 and 491/Paid News/2019/Communication, dated 25.02.2019, a State Level Committee on Certification of Political Advertisement consisting of the following officers is constituted as under with immediate effect:–

The above said Committee will entertain the application for certification for advertisement on Television Channel, Cable Network etc. by the following:
(i) All registered political parties having their headquarters in the State.
(ii) All organisations or group of persons or associations having their registered offices in the State.
