संख्या 20/12/2019-6C-I.— हरियाणा नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1994, (1994 का 16), की धारा 346 की उप-धारा (5) तथा पंजाब अनुसूचित सड़क तथा नियन्त्रित क्षेत्र अनियमित विकास निर्बन्धन अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का पंजाब अधिनियम 41), की धारा 5 की उप-धारा (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा राजपत्र (असाधारण) दिनांक 06 अक्टूबर, 2010 में प्रकाषित, हरियाणा सरकार, नगर तथा ग्राम आयोजना विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या- सी.सी.पी.(एन.सी.आर.)एफ.डी.पी./(जी.पी.)/जी.जी.एन./2010/3833, दिनांक 06 अक्टूबर, 2010 में संषोधन का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप उन सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाषित करते हैं जिनके इससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है। इसके द्वारा, नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से तीस दिन अवधि की समाप्ति पर अथवा इसके पष्चात सरकार, संषोधन प्रारूप पर, ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों यदि कोई हो, सहित जो निदेषक, षहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, हरियाणा, एस.सी.ओ. संख्या 11-14, सेक्टर-4, पंचकूला, द्वारा किसी व्यक्ति से संषोधन प्रारूप केे संबंध में विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व, प्राप्त किये जाएं, विचार करेगी।
संषोधन प्रारूप
हरियाणा सरकार, नगर तथा ग्राम आयोजना विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या सी.सी.पी.(एन.सी.आर.)एफ.डी.पी./(जी.पी)/ जी.जी.एन./2010/3833, दिनांक 6 अक्टूबर, 2010 में, "ग्वाल पहाड़ी" षब्द, जहाँ कहीं भी आएं के स्थान पर, "वत्सल वैली" शब्द प्रतिस्थपित किए जाएंगे ।"।

Notification
The 11th September, 2019
No. 20/12/2019-6C-I.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (5) of Section 346 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (16 of 1994) and Sub-section (4) of Section 5 of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act 41 of 1963), the Governor of Haryana hereby publishes the following draft amendment in the Final Development Plan 2021 AD, Gual Pahari, notified vide Haryana Government, Town and Country Planning Department, notification No. CCP(NCR)/FDP/(GP)/GGN/2010/3833, dated the 6th October, 2010, and published in the Haryana Government Gazette(Extra ordinary), dated the 6th October, 2010, for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby.
Notice is hereby given that the draft of amendment shall be taken into consideration by the Government on or after expiry of a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette together with objections and suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Director, Urban Local Bodies Department, Haryana, Bays No. 11-14, Sector- 4, Panchkula, from any person in respect to the draft of amendment, before the expiry of the period so specified.
Draft Amendment
In the Haryana Government, Town and Country Planning Department, notification No. CCP(NCR)/FDP(GP)/ GGN/2010/3833, dated the 6th October, 2010, for the words "Gual Pahari", wherever occurring, the words "Vatsal Valley" shall be substituted.
