संख्या 18/01/2019-3क1.- हरियाणा नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का अधिनियम 16) की धारा-4 की उपधारा (2), धारा-11 की उपधारा (1), (2), (3), (4), (7) व (8) व हरियाणा नगर निगम वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम-7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुऐ हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 18/01/2019-3क1, दिनांक 12 फरवरी, 2019 के अनुसरण में तथा हरियाणा नगर निगम वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1994 के नियम-10 के उपबन्धों के अधीन हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा सदस्यों के प्रयोजन के लिए 20 वार्डाें में से नगर निगम, सोनीपत की सीटें निम्नलिखित रूप से आबंटित करते हैंः-
20 वार्डाें में से 03 वार्ड, वार्ड संख्या 02, 16 व 17 अनुसूचित जाति के लिये आरक्षित होगें, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 16 अनुसूचित जाति की महिला के लिये आरक्षित होगा, वार्ड संख्या 01 व 06 पिछड़े वर्ग के लिये आरक्षित होगें, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 06 पिछडे़ वर्ग की महिला के लिये आरक्षित होगा, तथा वार्ड संख्या 04, 10, 11, 13 व 20 महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होंगे।

No. 18/01/2019-3C1 :-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section-4, Sub-section (1), (2), (3), (4), (7) and (8) of Section-11 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (Act 16 of 1994) and Rule-7 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1994, in continuation of the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department Notification No. 18/01/2019-3C1, dated 12th February, 2019 and in pursuance 2019 and in pursuance of the provisions of Rule-10 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1994, the Governor of Haryana hereby allots the seats of Municipal Corporation, Sonepat amongst 20 wards for the purpose of election of members in the said Corporation as follows:-
Out of 20 wards, 03 viz. ward numbers 02, 16 and 17 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which ward numbers 16 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes Women, ward numbers 01 and 06 shall be reserved for members belonging to the Backward Classes out of which ward numbers 06 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes Women and ward numbers 04, 10, 11, 13 and 20 shall be reserved for Women.
