संख्या 1593-वन-1-2019/13411.-हरियाणा सरकार, पर्यावरण विभाग की राजपत्र अधिसूचना नियम संख्या 2/29/2013-1-पर्यावरण दिनांक 27.11.2013 की निरन्तरता में जैविक विविधता अधिनियम, 2002 (2003 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 18) की धारा 22 की उप धारा 1 द्वारा प्रदत्त का उपयोग करते हुये तथा हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाषन की तिथि को निम्नलिखित सदस्यों से मिलकर पुनः स्थापित होने वाले हरियाणा राज्य विविधता बोर्ड की तिथि के रूप में नियत करते हैं अर्थात्‌ः-

जैविक विविधता अधिनियम, 2002 की धारा 22(4)(क) के अनुसार सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त एक व्यक्ति श्री गुलषन आहुजा पदेन सदस्य

1. निदेषक, वन अनुसंधान संस्थान, देहरादून या उनका नामाकिंत व्यक्ति सदस्य 2. निदेषक, भारतीय वन्यजीव संस्थान, देहरादून या उनका नामाकिंत व्यक्ति सदस्य 3. निदेषक, प्लांट जेनेटिक्स, राष्ट्रीय ब्यूरो संसाधन, करनाल या उनका नामाकिंत व्यक्ति सदस्य 4. निदेषक, नेषनल ब्यूरो फोर एनिमल जेनेटिक्स संसाधन, करनाल या उनका नामाकिंत व्यक्ति सदस्यसदस्य सचिव 5. एक अधिकारी जो प्रधान मुख्य वन संरक्षक के पद से नीचे नहीं (वन विभाग से प्रतिनियुक्ति पर) (3145) 3146 HARYANA GOVT. बोर्ड का प्रधान कार्यालय ऐसी जगह पर होगा जैसा कि सरकार द्वारा निर्देषित किया जा सकता है और जब तक की इसे अन्यथा निर्देषित नहीं किया जाता है, तब तक इसका मुख्यालय पंचकूला में होगा।

Notification

The 12th September, 2019

No. 1593-Ft.-1-2019/13411.—In exercise of the powers and conferred by Section 22 of the Biological Diversity Act, 2002 (Central Act 18 of 2003) and in continuation of Haryana Government, Environment Department, notification No. 2/29/2013-1 Env., dated the 27th November, 2013, the Governor of Haryana hereby to re-constitute the Haryana Biodiversity Board consisting of the following members and appoints to the date of publication in the Official Gazette to be the appointed day for the purposes of sub–section (1), namely:–

Chairperson

1. A person, appointed by the Government in terms of Section 22 (4)(a) of the

: Sh. Gulshan Ahuja Biological Diversity Act, 2002.

Ex-officio Members

1. Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF)

: Member 2. Director General, AYUSH

: Member 3. Director General, Agriculture

: Member 4. Director General, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department : Member 5. Director General, Horticulture

: Member Expert Members

1. Director, Forest Research Institute, Dehradun or his nominee : Member 2. Director, Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun or his nominee : Member 3. Director, National Bureau for Plant Genetics Resources, Karnal or his nominee : Member 4. Director, National Bureau for Animal Genetics Resources, Karnal or his nominee : Member 5. An officer, not below the rank of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of

: Member Secretary Forests (on Deputation basis from Forest Department).

Headquarters of the Board

The Head Office of the Board shall be at such place as may be directed by the Government and, till such time as it has not been directed to be otherwise, its Headquarters shall be at Panchkula.
