अधिसूचना

दिनांक 12 सितम्बर, 2019 संख्या 1463-व-1-2019/13429.- चूंकि नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि में बहु-संख्या में अंष रखने वाले स्वामियों ने उस पर पर्यावरण तथा वनों के संरक्षण को ध्यान में रखते हुए, सोनीपत जिले के कलक्टर को लिखित में अभिवेदन किया है कि उक्त भूमि का प्रबन्ध उनकी ओर से वन मण्डल अधिकारी, वन मण्डल, सोनीपत द्वारा परस्पर करार पाये गये निबन्धनों पर संरक्षित वन के रूप मेें किया जाए ;

इसलिए, अब, भारतीय वन अधिनियम, 1927 (1927 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 16), की धारा 38 की उप धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 30, 32, 33, 34 तथा 68 के उपबन्धों को नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि पर लागू करते है :-

No. 1463-Ft.-1-2019/13429.— Whereas, the owners of the majority of shares in the land specified in the Schedule given below have, with a view to the conservation of Environment and forests, thereon, represented in writing to the Collector of Sonipat District that the said land may be managed on their behalf by the Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Division, Sonipat as a protected forest on terms mutually agreed upon;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub–section (2) of Section 38 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Central Act 16 of 1927), the Governor of Haryana hereby applies the provisions of sections 30, 32, 33, 34 and 68 of the said Act to the land specified in the Schedule given below :–
