No. 2595-Agri-II(3)-2019/13586.— In compliance of the decision of Council of Ministers in its meeting held on 30.08.2019, the Government had constituted a committee vide order dated 04-09-2019 for legal course for taking over assets and operation of the Naraingarh Sugar Mill under the Chairmanship of Director General, Agriculture- cum-Cane Commissioner.
On the recommendation of the committee, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to appoint Deputy Commissioner, Ambala as Chairman of the management and the Managing Director, HARCO Bank as Director Finance for smooth running of the Naraingarh Sugar Mill, ensuring the dues as well as taking control over the mill.
