क्रमांक 11508/एम०बी०.- चूंकि, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल के ध्यान में आया है कि कतिपय स्थान अनाधिकृत व्यक्तियों के प्रवेष रोकने के लिए पूर्वोपय किये जाने समीचीन है।

इसलिए, अब, भारत सरकार राजपत्र दिनांक 27-05-1967 में प्रकाषित, भारत सरकार, गृह मन्त्रालय, अधिसूचना संख्या का० आ० 1788 दिनांक 19-05-1967 के साथ पठित शासकीय गुप्त बात अधिनियम 1923 (1923 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 19) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (घ) तथा अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, न्याय प्रषासन विभाग, चण्डीगढ़ के यादि क्रमांक 30/1/2018-5 जे०जे० (1) दिनांक 16-07-2018 व 03-08-2018 द्‌वारा उपायुक्त सोनीपत को अधिसूचना जारी करने की शक्तियां प्रदान करने के फलस्वरूप प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इसके नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के खाना 1 में विनिर्दिष्ट स्थान को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए निषिद्ध स्थान के रूप में घोषित करते हैं अर्थात्‌ः-

No. 11508/M.B.— Whereas, the Governor of Haryana considers it expedient that precautions shall be taken to prevent the entry unauthorized persons into certain places.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (d) of clause (8) of Section 2 of Official Secrets Act, 1923 (Central Act 19 of 1923) read with (Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs), Notification No. S.O. 1788 dated the 19/05/1967 of published in the Government of India Gazette the dated 27/05/1967 and power conferred to Deputy Commissioner, Sonipat by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Administrative & Justice Department, Haryana, Chandigarh vide Notification No. 30/01/2018-5(1) dated 16/07/2018 & 03/08/2018 the Governor of Haryana hereby declares the place specified in column 1 to the Schedule given below to be a prohibited place for the purpose of the said Act namely:-
