Notification

The 26th September, 2019

No. SEC/4E-II/2019/1304.— The State Election Commission vide its notification No. SEC/E-II/2016/2059, dated 10.02.2016 had notified the name of Sh. Sandeep Kumar S/o Sh. Ran Singh as Panch, ward No. 14, Gram Panchayat Sisai Bolan, Block Hansi, District Hisar under section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

2. Whereas, Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Hisar while exercising powers under section 51(3)(b) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 vide orders dated 12.03.2019 removed Sh. Sandeep Kumar S/o Sh. Ran Singh as Panch, ward No. 14, Gram Panchayat Sisai Bolan, Block Hansi I, District Hisar. The Deputy Commissioner, Hisar vide its memo No. Election/2019/3849, dated 20.08.2019 has informed that there is no appeal pending against his orders in any Court/Competent Authority.

3. In view of the position stated above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Sh. Sandeep Kumar S/o Sh. Ran Singh as Panch, ward No. 14, Gram Panchayat Sisai Bolan, Block Hansi I, District Hisar.
