No. Leg. 37/2019.— The following Act of the Legislature of the State of Haryana received the assent of the Governor of Haryana on the 17th September, 2019 and is hereby published for general information:-

THE PUNJAB ELECTRICITY (EMERGENCY POWERS) HARYANA REPEAL ACT, 2019
AN
ACT
to repeal the Punjab Electricity (Emergency Powers) Act, 1941, in its application to the State of Haryana.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Seventieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Punjab Electricity (Emergency Powers) Haryana Repeal Act, 2019.
Repeal of Punjab Act XIV of 1941.
2. The Punjab Electricity (Emergency Powers) Act, 1941, in its application to the State of Haryana is hereby repealed.
