संख्या 82/जीएसटी-2.- हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 19), की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, परिषद्‌ की सिफारिशों पर, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 36/एसटी-2, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में, निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 36/एसटी-2, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में, अनुसूची में, -

(i) क्रम संख्या 57 और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्‌, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्‌:-

"57क	0813	शुष्क इमली";

(ii) क्रम संख्या 114 ख और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्‌, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्‌:-

No. 82/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 36/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:-

In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 36/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017, in the Schedule,-

(i) after serial number 57 and entries thereagainst, the following serial number and the entries thereagainst shall be inserted, namely: -

(ii) after serial number 114B and entries thereagainst, the following serial number and the entries thereagainst shall be inserted, namely: -

2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of October, 2019.
