Notification

The 7th October, 2019

No. SEC/4E-II/2019/1339.— Whereas the State Election Commission vide its notification No. Sec/3E-II/ 2016/3419, dated 22.03.2016 had notified the name of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/o Sh. Singh Ram under section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 as elected Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Gharaunda, District Karnal.

2. And whereas Deputy Commissioner, Karnal, vide his memo. No. 8360/Panchayat, dated 18.09.2019 has forwarded a copy of order dated 06.09.2019 of the Director, Development and Panchayat Department, Haryana vide which resignation of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/o Sh. Singh Ram as Chairman, Panchayat Samiti Gharaunda has been accepted and it has requested to denotify his name as such.

3. In pursuance of above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/o Sh. Singh Ram as Chairman, Panchayat Samiti Gharaunda, District Karnal with immediate effect.
