No. GA/2019/4228-30.— As per the Government instruction/Authorization issued vide letter No. 21/3/2000-3JJ(1), dated 14-05-2018. In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (i) Section 20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, I, Dr. G.
