हरियाणा सरकार शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग अधिसूचना दिनांक 30 अक्तूबर, 2019 संख्या. 18/08/2010-3क1.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का अधिनियम 24), की धारा 9 की उप धारा (2) तथा धारा-10 की उप धारा (1), (2), (3), (4) व (8) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 18/8/2010-3क1, दिनांक 22 नवम्बर, 2012 के अनुसरण में, तथा हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1977 के नियम 10 उपबन्धों के अधीन हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा निर्वाचन के प्रयोजन के लिए 31 वार्डो में से नगर परिषद, रेवाड़ी की सीटें चक्रानुक्रम तथा ड्रा ऑफ लाट द्वारा उक्त नगर परिषद में निम्नलिखित रूप से आबंटित करते हैंः- 31 वार्डों में से, 5 वार्ड, वार्ड नं० 3, 24, 27, 28 व 30 अनुसूचित जाति के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड नं० 27 व 30 अनुसूचित जाति की महिला के लिये आरक्षित होगें तथा वार्ड नं० 5 व 20 पिछड़ी श्रेणी के लिये आरक्षित होंगे तथा वार्ड नं० 1, 4, 9, 12, 14, 16, 22, 25 व 26 महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होंगे।

No. 18/08/2010-3C1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section-9 and Sub-section (1), (2), (3), (4) and (8) of Section-10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (Act 24 of 1973) and in continuation of the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, Notification No. 18/08/2010-3C1, dated 22nd November, 2012 and in pursuance of the provisions of Rule 10 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977, the Governor of Haryana hereby allots by rotation and by lots of seats of Municipal Council, Rewari amongst 31 wards for the purpose of election of members in the said municipality as follows:-
Out of 31 Wards, 05 Wards, Ward numbers 03, 24, 27, 28 and 30 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes out of which Ward numbers 27 and 30 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes Women, Ward numbers 05 and 20 shall be reserved for members belonging to the Backward Classes and Ward numbers 01, 04, 09, 12, 14, 16, 22, 25 and 26 shall be reserved for the Women.
