संख्या 22/76/2003-2परि(I).- मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 59), की धारा 67 की उपधारा (1) के खण्ड (i) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, परिवहन विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 22/76/2003-2परि (1), दिनांक 30 जून, 2016 के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, राज्य परिवहन प्राधिकरण, हरियाणा को/हरियाणा राज्य में मंजिली गाड़ियों के लिये किराये और माल-भाड़े की दरों को नियत करने सम्बन्धी निम्नलिखित निर्देष जारी करते हैं, अर्थात-
निर्देष
राज्य परिवहन प्राधिकरण, हरियाणा को/इसके द्वारा निर्देष दिया जाता है कि राज्य में मंजिली गाड़ियों के लिये किराये और माल-भाड़े की निम्नलिखित दरें नियत करेंः-

1. मार्गों के विभिन्न प्रक्रमों के लिये (यात्री कर सम्मिलित करने के पष्चात््) संगणित किराये को अगले एक रुपये तक पूर्णांकित किया जायेगा।
2. न्यूनतम प्रभार्य किराया (यात्री कर सम्मिलित करने के पष्चात्) पांच रुपये होगा। 3. आधे किलोमीटर से कम के भाग को नहीं गिना जायेगा।

No. 22/76/2003-2T(1).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) of Sub section (1) of Section 67 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988) and in supersession of Haryana Government, Transport Department, Notification No. 22/76/2003-2T(I), dated the 30th June, 2016, the Governor of Haryana hereby issues following directions to the State Transport Authority, Haryana, regarding fixation of rates of fare and freights for stage carriage in the State of Haryana, namely:-

The State Transport Authority, Haryana is hereby directed to fix the following rates of the fare and freights for stage carriage in the State:-

Explanations:-
1. Fare calculated (after including passenger tax) for different stages of routes shall be rounded off to the next higher rupee.
2. The minimum chargeable fare (after including passenger tax) shall be five rupees.
3. The fraction below half a kilometer shall be ignored.
