क्रमांक/863.- चूंकि, हरियाणा सरकार के राज्यपाल को प्रतीत होता है कि सरकार द्वारा सार्वजनिक व्यय पर एक सार्वजनिक परियोजनार्थ नामतः सड़क गिगनाउ बरालू रोड़ से गांव हसनपुर तहसील लोहारू जिला भिवानी हेतू भूमि ली जानी अपेक्षित है, जो कि हरियाणा सरकार के गजट नोटिफिकेषन में दिनांक 02.10.2018 को प्रकाषित हो चुकी है। यह अधिसूचना भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिनियम 2013 की धारा-25 में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उन सबके लिए है, जो इससे सम्बन्धित हो सकते हैं। अतः यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है, कि उपरोक्त नोटिफिकेषन की समय सीमा अवधि 12 मास बढाई जाती है।

Notification

No. 863.— Whereas, it is appear to the Governor of Haryana that the land/road specified below is needed urgently to the Govt. at the public expenses for the public purpose namely Gignow Baralu road to village Hasanpur Tehsil Loharu Distt. Bhiwani which has already been published in Haryana Govt. gazette Notification on dated 02.10.2019.
The Notification is made under the provision of section 25 of land acquisition Act, 2013 for information of all to whom it may concern. Hence it is notified that the time of period of the above Notification is increase by 12 months.
