No. 2/9/2019-1IB-II.– MSMEs play a vital role in overall growth of industrial economy, the Indian MSMEs have also moved up the value chain from simple goods manufacturing to manufacturing of complex and sophisticated products. Some of the key challenges faced by MSMEs are related to finance, technology, skill, market and infrastructure. In order to operate profitably, MSMEs need to adopt different approaches and strategies to become innovative and remain competitive at the same time. The role and support of MSME stakeholders is also pivotal in driving MSME development. It is required to move towards integrated approach wherein different stakeholders from agriculture, industries, fisheries, horticulture, urban development, rural development departments participate to remove deficiencies and inefficiencies in the MSME sector.
To bring all Stakeholder of MSME eco system together on one platform, to deliberate on the issues affecting the process of MSME development, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute a committee at District Level consisting the following members:-

| 8. | Senior Manager, HSIIDC | Member |
| 9. | Director, MSME-DI, Karnal | Member Secretary |
The Director, MSME-DI, Karnal shall coordinate all concerned department as per guidelines.
