Notification
The 6th November, 2019
No. SEC/1ME/2019/1818.— Whereas, the name of Mrs. Reenu W/o Sh. Manoj Kumar was notified as a Member of (Ward No. 04) Municipal Committee, Bawani Khera by the State Election Commission, Haryana vide notification No. SEC/1ME/2018/3575 dated 24.05.2018.
2. And Whereas, the Director, Local Bodies Department, Haryana vide his Memo No. 4AE/2019/53003 dated 31.10.2019 has sent the copy of the letter of Deputy Commissioner, Bhiwani (Memo No. 4017/L.F.A. dated 19.07.2019) and has made the request to de-notify the name of Mrs. Reenu W/o Sh. Manoj Kumar from Ward No. 04 of Municipal Committee, Bawani Khera, as her resignation has been accepted by the Deputy Commissioner. 3. In view of the position explained above and provisions contained under Section 13 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby de-notifies the name of Mrs. Reenu W/o Sh. Manoj Kumar from Ward No. 04 of Municipal Committee, Bawani Khera from the notification referred to above.
