No. 210 Gaz.II/XXI.C.22.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to confer upon the following members of H.C.S. (JB), the powers of Whole Time Secretary of District Legal Services Authority, for holding Lok Adalats/Camp Courts in the Jail in the State of Haryana with effect from the date they start holding such Lok Adalats/Camp Courts in the Jail within the District mentioned against their name of which additional charge is given and to visit the respective DLSA twice a week i.e. Tuesdays and Fridays, till further orders or till the time new officers join these stations:-
