No. 3085-Agri-II(3)-2019/16495.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (1)(b) of Section 20 of Warehousing Corporation, Act, 1962 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana, is pleased to appoint Shri Nayan Pal Rawat, MLA, Prithla, resident of H. No. 925, Sector– 15-A, Faridabad as Director on the Board of Directors of Haryana State Warehousing Corporation for a period of two years or till further orders whichever is earlier with immediate effect.
2. In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (2) of Section 20 of Warehousing Corporation, Act, 1962 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana, is pleased to appoint Shri Nayan Pal Rawat, MLA, Prithla, resident of H. No. 925, Sector–15-A, Faridabad as Chairman of Haryana State Warehousing Corporation for a period of two years or till further orders whichever is earlier with immediate effect.
