No. Leg. 41/2019.— The following Act of the Legislature of the State of Haryana received the assent of the Governor of Haryana on the 4th November, 2019 and is hereby published for general information:-
HARYANA ACT NO. 39 OF 2019
THE MOTOR VEHICLES (HARYANA AMENDMENT) ACT, 2019
AN
ACT
further to amend the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 in its application to the State of Haryana.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Seventieth Year of the
Republic of India as follows:-
1. This Act may be called the Motor Vehicles (Haryana Amendment) Act, 2019. Short title.
2. For clause (h) of sub-section (2) of section 65 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-
Amendment of section 65 of Central Act 59 of 1988.
"(h) the exemption of prescribed persons or prescribed classes of persons from payment of all or any portion of the fee payable under this Chapter retrospectively or prospectively;".
