Notification
The 5th December, 2019
No. SEC/4E-II/2019/1709.— Whereas, the State Election Commission vide its Notification No. SEC/3E- II/2016/3417,dated 22.03.2016 had notified the name of Smt. Chameli Devi W/o Sh. Chandu Ram under Section 161(4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 as elected President, Zila Parishad, Palwal, District Palwal.
And, whereas, Deputy Commissioner, Palwal vide its memo No. 5667, dated 02.12.2019 has informed that a meeting was held on 02.12.2019 to consider no confidence motion against President, Zila Parishad, Palwal. All 19 members were present in the meeting have supported the no confidence motion. Hence, no confidence motion against Smt. Chameli Devi, President, Zila Parishad, Palwal has been passed. It has been requested to denotify her name accordingly.
In view of above, State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Smt. Chameli Devi W/o Sh. Chandu Ram as President, Zila Parishad, Palwal, District Palwal with immediate effect.
