The 11th December, 2019

No. LAC(G)-2019/NTLA/3096.— Whereas it appears the Governor of Haryana is satisfied that land specified below is needed by the Government at public expense, for the public purpose namely for the development and utilization of land for public purpose namely for Sector dividing roads, Sector-110A/111 and 112/113 at Gurgaon(Gurugram) i.e. widening of existing Gurgaon(Gurugram)-Bajghera Road under the Haryana Development Authority Act, 1977 by the Haryana Urban Development Authority in the area of village Bajghera H.B.No. 61 and Village Choma H.B.No.62 Tehsil and District Gurugram for which Haryana Govt. Urban Estates Department. Notification No. LAC(G)-NTLA-2013/1372 dated 27th December, 2013 under Section-4 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 has been published. It is hereby declared that the land described in specification below is needed for the above purpose.

This declaration is being made under the provisions of Section-6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 read with provisions of Section-24(1)(a) of the Right to Fair Compensation & Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 for the information of all to whom it may concern that the land described in the specification below is required for the above stated public purpose.

Plan of the land may be inspected in the office of Land Acquisition Collector, Urban Estates, Haryana, Sector-14, Gurgaon.
