क्रमांक 12/242/2019-4 एच.जी.-IV.— अनैतिक व्यापार (निवारण) अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 104) की धारा 13 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियोें का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, प्रत्येक पुलिस जिले में सभी पुलिस थानों के क्षेत्र को विनिर्दिष्ट करते हैं तथा उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन उक्त विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र में अपराधों के निपटान के लिए पुलिस उप-अधीक्षक (मुख्यालय) या सहायक पुलिस आयुक्त (मुख्यालय), जैसी भी स्थिति हो, को विषेष पुलिस अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं।

No. 12/242/2019-4HG-IV.— In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 (Central Act No.104 of 1956), the Governor of Haryana hereby specifies the area of all police stations in each police district and appoints the Deputy Superintendent of Police (Headquarter) or Assistant Commissioner of Police (Headquarter), as the case may be, as the Special Police Officer for dealing with the offences in the said specified area under the said Act.
