संख्या 50/1/2019 5S(I).— पंजाब भू-राजस्व अधिनियम, 1887 (1887 का पंजाब अधिनियम 17) की धारा 27 की उप-धारा (1) तथा पंजाब अभिधृति अधिनियम, 1887 (1887 का पंजाब अधिनियम 16) की धारा 105 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, उक्त अधिनियमों के अधीन प्रथम श्रेणी तथा द्वितीय श्रेणी के सहायक कलक्टर के ओदषों और डिकियों के विरूद्ध अपीलो की सुनवाई के लिए सभी अतिरिक्त उपायुक्तों को कलक्टर के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं, बषर्ते कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा उन्हें विषिष्ट आदेष द्वारा व्यक्तिगत रूप से पहली बार पंजाब भू-राजस्व अधिनियम, 1887 (1887 का पंजाब अधिनियम 17) तथा पंजाब अभिधृति अधिनियम, 1887 (1887 का पंजाब अधिनियम 16) के अधीन बतौर सहायक आयुक्त या अतिरिक्त सहायक आयुक्त कलक्टर की शक्तियाँ प्रत्यायोजित की गई थी/हो। तथापि कलक्टर की शक्तियों का प्रयोग अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त के रूप में तैनाती के दौरान उन दारा किया जाएगा। चण्डीगढ़ः दिनांक 11 दिसम्बर, 2019.

Notification
The 17th December, 2019
No. 50/1/2019-5S(I).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 (Punjab Act 17 of 1887) and section 105 of the Punjab Tenancy Act, 1887 (Punjab Act 16 of 1887), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints all the Additional Deputy Commissioners as Collector to hear the appeals from the orders and decrees of Assistant Collector of the 1st and 2nd Grades under the said Acts, provided they were first time in the beginning delegated the powers of the Collector by the State Government individually by a specific order as Assistant Commissioner or Extra Assistant Commissioner under the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 (Punjab Act 17 of 1887) or the Punjab Tenancy Act, 1887 (Punjab Act 16 of 1887). The powers of Collector shall, however, be exercised by them while posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner.
