संख्या 26/3/1995-2 विद्युत.— पंजाब विद्युत (षुल्क) अधिनियम, 1958 (1958 का पंजाब अधिनियम, 10) की धारा 12 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जैसा कि हरियाणा राज्य पर लागू है, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, लोकहित में, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (2) के खण्ड (ख) के अधीन आने वाले सभी व्यक्तियों को प्रथम अप्रैल, 2018 से 31 मार्च, 2020 तक दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिये समूचे बिजली शुल्क के भुगतान से छूट देते हैं।

No. 26/3/1995-2 Power.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 12 of the Punjab Electricity (Duty) Act, 1958 (Punjab Act 10 of 1958), as applicable to State of Haryana, the Governor of Haryana hereby exempts, in the public interest, all persons covered under clause (b) of Sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Said Act, from the payment of whole of the electricity duty for a period of two years i.e. from 1st April, 2018 to 31st March, 2020.
