Whereas, the above named petitioner has filed claim petition in this Tribunal for compensation of Rs. 10,00,000/- u/s. 166 of Motor vehicle Act on Dtd. 20/03/2018 On account of injury of applicant was walking on road and accident caused by the Trailor No. HR-46-C-7647 Dtd. 08/01/2018 near Chiloda circle.
By this notice publish in Gazette, you are hereby directed to appear before this Tribunal on 28th January, 2020 at Gandhinagar at 10-45 A.M. to answer the claim petition and you must be prepared to produce on that day all the documents upon which you intend to rely in support of your defense.
