संख्या का०आ० 86/के०अ० 5/1908/धा० 2/2019.- सिविल प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1908 (1908 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 5) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (7) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के खाना 2 में वर्णित अधिकारियों को, उक्त संहिता की प्रथम अनुसूची के आदेष XXVII के नियम 4 तथा आदेष XXXIII के नियम 6 में विनिर्दिष्ट कृत्यों सहित उक्त संहिता द्वारा अभिवक्त रूप से अधिरोपित सभी कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए सम्पूर्ण हरियाणा राज्य के लिए उनकी अपनी-अपनी तैनाती के स्थानों पर ऐसे रूप में अपना कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से सरकारी प्लीडरों के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
