संख्या 02/आ०-1/पं०अ०1/1914/धा० 9/2020.- पंजाब आबकारी अधिनियम, 1914 (1914 का पंजाब अधिनियम 1), की धारा 9 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 98/आ0-1/पं0अ01/1914/ धा0 9/2018, दिनांक 31 अक्तूबर, 2018 के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, श्री अजीत बालाजी जोषी, आई0ए0एस0 को आबकारी आयुक्त के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं तथा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 15 के अधीन वित्तायुक्त को प्रदत्त शक्तियों के सिवाय, उनमें सभी शक्तियां निहित करते हैं।

Notification
The 7th January, 2020
No. 02/X-1/P.A.1/1914/S.9/2020.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 9 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 (Punjab Act 1 of 1914), and in supersession of Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, Notification No. 98/X-1/P.A.1/1914/S.9/2018, dated the 31st October, 2018, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Sh. Ajit Balaji Joshi, IAS, to be the Excise Commissioner and vests him with all powers except power under Section 15 conferred on the Financial Commissioner by the said Act.
