Whereas the above named petitioner has filed claim petition in this Tribunal for compensation of Rs. 30,00,000/- u/s. 166 of Motor Vehicle Act on Dtd. 09/08/2016 On account of injury of applicant was travelled in Bike No. GJ-18-EE-5933 caused by vehicular accident by the Truck No. HR-55-V-0060 Dtd. 15/03/2016 near Adalaj highway.
By this notice publish in Gazette, you are hereby directed to appear before this Tribunal on 10th February, 2020 at Gandhinagar at 10-45 A.M. to answer the claim petition and you must be prepared to produce on that day all the documents upon which you intend to rely in support of your defense.
