संख्या 33-स०क०(4)-2020.- हरियाणा के राज्यपाल ने आदेष दिए हैं कि अधिसूचना संख्या 333-स०क०(4)-2019 दिनांक 26 फरवरी, 2019 के पात्रता मानदण्ड के खंड 3(2) में प्रविष्टियों को निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा :-
" हरियाणा राज्य में रहने वाली तेजाब हमले का सामना करने वाली कोई भी महिला या लड़की इस योजना में वित्तीय लाभ के लिए पात्र है। हालांकि, योजना के तहत वित्तीय सहायता के लिए आवेदन करने के बाद उसे वर्तमान तिथि से वित्तीय सहायता दी जाएगी। ऐसे तेजाब हमले से पीडितों को कोई बकाया नहीं दिया जाएगा।"

Notification
The 22nd January, 2020
No. 33-SW(4)-2020.— The Governor of Haryana hereby orders that the entries at Clause 3 (ii) of Eligibility Criteria in the Notification No. 333-SW(4)-2019 dated 26th February, 2019 shall be substituted as under :
"Any woman or girl victim/s facing acid attack residing in the State of Haryana is eligible for financial benefit in this scheme. However, financial assistance will be given from the current date after she has applied for the financial assistance under the scheme. No arrears to such acid attack victims will be given".
