No. 50/18/2019-S(I) (A).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 27 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 and Section 105 of the Punjab Tenancy Act, 1887, the Governor of Haryana hereby confers upon Sh. Rajiv Prashad, HCS, Sub Div isional Officer (C), Shahabad the powers of the Collector to hear appeals fro m the orders and decrees of Assistant Collector of the Ist and 2nd Grades under the aforesaid Acts such powers shall be exercised by Sh. Rajiv Prashad, HCS, Sub Div isional Officer (C), Shahabad within the limits of respective Sub Div ision where the officer is working.
No. 50/18/2019-S(I) (B).— Under the provisions of clause (c) of Section 3 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Sh. Rajiv Prashad, HCS, Sub Divisional Officer (C), Shahabad with the powers of Collector for the purpose of aforesaid Act. Such powers are to be exercised within the limits of respective Sub Div ision where the officer is working.
No. 50/18/2019-S(I) (C).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Section 2 of the Punjab Occupancy Tenants (Vesting of Proprietary Rights) Act , 1952, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Sh. Rajiv Prashad, HCS, Sub Div isional Officer (C), Shahabad to perform the duties of the Collector under the said Act within the limits of the Sub Division where the officer is working.
No. 50/18/2019-S(I) (D).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Colonizat ion of Govern ment Lands (Punjab) Act, 1912 (Punjab Act 5 of 1912), Sh. Rajiv Prashad, HCS, Sub Divisional Officer (C), Shahabad is appointed as a Collector to perform all the functions and exercise all the powers under Sections 17, 20, 24, 25, 26, 32, 33 and 34 over the lands to which the said act applied in respect of all State owned lands in the Shahabad Sub Divison of Kurukshetra District under the management of the Public Works Depa rt ment, Haryana.
No. 50/18/2019-S(I) (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (b) of clause (9) of Section 2 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Sh. Rajiv Prashad, HCS, Sub Div isional Officer (C), Shahabad to perform the duties of a Co llector under the said Act within the limits of the Shahabad Sub Div ision of the Kuru kshetra District.
