दूध उपकर पर देय राषि के लिए वन टाईम सेटलमैंट स्कीम
क्रमांक 08(CFMS)-प०पा०-4-2020/830.— यह सभी संबंधितों की जानकारी के लिए है कि विभिन्न मिल्क प्लांट्स से सरकार को प्राप्त अभ्यावेदन के मध्यनजर, सरकार ने वन टाईम सेटलमेंट स्कीम, स्कीम को अपनाने के लिए मिल्क प्लांट के खिलाफ बकाया 50 प्रतिषत बकाया राषि जमा करने की अवधि को आगे बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया है। राज्य सरकार ने उपरोक्त अभ्यावेदन को ध्यान में रखते हुए वन टाईम सेटलमेंट स्कीम की प्रविष्टि की अवधि को बढ़ाने के लिए निर्णय लिया है। जारी की गई क्रमांक 4719(CFMS)-प०पा०-4-2019/9114, दिनांक 10.09.2019 को जारी की गई स्कीम को दो महीने 14 जनवरी, 2020 से 16.03.2020 (14वीं और 15 मार्च की छुट्टी) और बढाया जाता है।
इस विस्तारित अवधि के भीतर 16 मार्च तक 50 प्रतिषत राषि जमा की जा सकती है और छः महीने की अवधि उसके बाद शुरू होगी और शेष राषि जमा करने के लिए 13.09.2020 तक चलेगी।
इसके बाद के समय का विस्तार करने के लिए और कोई प्रतिनिधत्व नहीं किया जाएगा। वन टाईम सेटलमेंट स्कीम के बाकी नियम और शर्तें क्रमांक 4719(CFMS)-प०पा०-4-2019/9114, दिनांक 10.09.2019 को जारी किए गए वहीं रहेंगे।

ONE TIME SETTLEMENT SCHEME FOR MILK CESS DUES
No. 08(CFMS)-AH-4-2020/830.— It is for the information of all concerned that in view of representations received with the Government from the various Milk Plants, the Government has decided further to extend the period of depositing the 50% outstanding amount due against the Milk Plant to adopt the OTS Scheme. Taking into account the aforesaid representations the State Government has decided further to increase the duration of the entry to One Time Settlement Scheme issued vide No. 4719(CFMS)-AH-4-2019/9114, dated 10th September 2019 by another two months w.e.f. 14th January, 2020 to 16th March, 2020 (14th and 15th March being holiday) for entertaining the scheme.
50% of the amount may be deposited within this extended period upto 16th March and the six months period shall start thereafter and go on till 13th September, 2020 to deposit the balance amount.
No further representation for extending the time will be entertained hereinafter. Rest terms and conditions of the One Time Settlement Scheme issued vide No. 4719-CFMS-AH-4-2019/9114 dated 10.09.2019, shall remain the same.
