संख्या 19/1/2017-3 पी०एच०.- हरियाणा सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या 19/1/2017-3 पी०एच०, दिनांक 03 अप्रैल, 2017 के आंषिक संषोधन एवं जल जीवन मिषन योजना के लागू होने को ध्यान में रखते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल द्वारा नगरपालिका के सीमा क्षेत्रों में पड़ने वाले गावों को छोड़कर अन्य गांवों के लिए पीने के पानी की दर, पेयजल कनैक्षन फीस एवं अन्य शुल्कों में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करने की कृपा की गई हैः-
➢ जल जीवन मिषन योजना के अन्र्तगत, नया घरेलू पेयजल कनैक्षन लेने के लिए नागरिकों को दो विभिन्न विकल्प दिये गये है। नागरिक या तो एक मुष्त 500/-रूपये प्रति कनैक्षन तथा 40/-रूपये प्रति माह आधार दर (सामान्य श्रेणी परिवार) एवं 20/-रूपये प्रति माह आधार दर (अनुसूचित जाति परिवार) दे सकते हैं। अन्यथा, यदि उपभोक्ता नये घरेलू पेयजल कनैक्षन के लिए एक मुष्त 500/-रूपये प्रति कनैक्षन जमा नहीं करवाता, तो सामान्य श्रेणी के उपभोक्ता 50/-रूपये प्रति माह (40/-रूपये 10/-रूपये) एवं अनुसूचित जाति के उपभोक्ता 30/-रूपये प्रति माह (20/-रूपये 10/-रूपये) जमा करवा सकते हैं। ➢ जल जीवन मिषन योजना के पूरा होने तक, सड़क कटाव प्रभार को माफ कर दिया गया है।
अधिसूचना नं0 19/1/2017-3 पी0एच0, दिनांक 03 अप्रैल, 2017 में दिए गए अन्य नियम एवं शर्तें अपरिवर्तित रहेंगी।

No. 19/1/2017-3PH.— In partial modification of the Haryana Government Notification No. 19/1/2017-3PH, dated 03rd April, 2017 and in view of introduction of Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) Scheme, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to revise rates on tarrif of water charges, water connection fee and other rates for villages other than villages falling under Municipal areas as below:-
➢ Under Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) Scheme, Citizens are provided with two options of either paying Rs. 500/- upfront as new water connection charges and Pay Rs. 40/- flat rate per month for general household connection and Rs. 20-/ flat rate per month for SC household connection or to give their consent for paying water charges @ 50/- per month (i.e. Rs. 40/- + Rs. 10/- extra) for general and Rs. 30/- per month (i.e. Rs. 20/- + 10/- extra) for SC household connection respectively.
➢ Road cut charges have been waived off till the completion of Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) Scheme.
All other terms & conditions of Notification No. 19/1/2017-3PH, dated 3rd April, 2017 will remain the same.
