No. 13 Gaz.II/XXI.C.22.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 260 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to empower Sh. Vikram Jit Singh, Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ambala, to try in a summary way all or any of the offences specified in Section 260 (1) of the said Code, when committed within the limits of any District in the State of Haryana, with effect from the date he assumes the charge of his office.
