अधिसूचना
दिनांक 24 फरवरी, 2020
संख्या 394-वन-I-2020/1503.- भारतीय वन अधिनियम, 1927 (1927 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 16), की धारा 30 के खण्ड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, घोषणा करते हैं कि हरियाणा सरकार, वन तथा वन्यप्राणी विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 1463-व-1-2019/13429, दिनांक 12 सितम्बर, 2019 से संलग्न अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से पच्चीस वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा ऐसी कम अवधि के लिए, जो राज्य सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित की जाए, पुनरुत्पादन के लिए बन्द रहेगी तथा उक्त भूमि में तथा उस पर गैर सरकारी व्यक्तियों के अधिकार उक्त अवधि के दौरान निलम्बित हो जायेंगे ।

Notification

No. 394-Ft.-1-2020/1503.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Section 30 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Central Act 16 of 1927), the Governor of Haryana hereby declares that the land specified in the Schedule appended to Haryana Government, Forest and Wildlife Department, notification No. 1463-Ft.-1-2019/ 13429, dated the 12th September, 2019, shall be closed for regeneration for a period of twenty-five years with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette or for such shorter period as may be determined by the State Government and that the rights of private persons in or over the said land shall be suspended during the said period.
